NER Summit

FBI-LEEDA and the National Equipment Register are hosting FREE one-day regional summits designed to increase awareness of the growing equipment theft problem and to provide specially tailored educational sessions for law enforcement, insurers, equipment owners, equipment dealers and rental companies.

NER was established to decrease equipment theft rates and increase the recovery rate of stolen equipment by improving the volume and quality of information available to law enforcement.  NER has also developed national training programs to educate equipment owners, equipment rental companies and law enforcement in equipment identification techniques and equipment owners and their risk managers in theft prevention and recovery techniques and technologies. 

Many attendees report that the networking opportunities alone make the day worthwhile.  Lunch is provided for all attendees, and there is no fee for insurance agents, member insurance companies, equipment owners or law enforcement.
