Apply for IEDA Membership

The IEDA has two membership levels:

Regular Membership: $1,000 annually

This membership is reserved exclusively for Independent Equipment Dealers.

Associate Membership: $1,500 annually

This membership is reserved for companies offering goods and services to Independent Equipment Dealers within the industry. OEMs are permitted to join the organization as Associate Members.

An application for membership is required to be reviewed by the IEDA Board of Directors before a company is offered membership in the association. If you are interested in joining, please fill out the form below and submit for review. Thank you in advance for your interest in the IEDA.

I understand and agree to the following: The IEDA reserves the right as an organization to arbitrate and remedy disputes among the membership. All disputes will be handled by a mediation panel that is selected by the Board of Directors to review all circumstances in their entirety. The organization of the IEDA elects to give said mediation panel authority to resolve and remedy all issues brought forth to it for review. *
